Empowering Books for your Health & Wellness Journey

“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”

Dr. Seuss

I’ve always enjoyed reading a good book. Reading allows you to have experiences in your imagination and learn so much without actually having to go through the experience.

Books empower you to become a better version of yourself -of which the Bible is the best of course.

Maybe you don’t like to read or maybe reading sends you to sleep lol. Maybe you prefer a good podcast or watching videos, but at the end of the day I’m encouraging you to seek to learn something new every day! Try listening to an audio book today, it’s great to listen to after a long day or even while driving around doing your errands.

Today I’d like to share a few books that I’ve read over the years which have really helped me to grow and heal and overall improve in all areas of my health and wellness. Some are just for women but most are unisex, so go check them out and consider adding them to your reading list for 2021.
